So this week I’m going to set you a challenge that I can’t do yet!
It’s going to be painful, exhausting but oh my god you’re body is going to love you forever
It starts by standing up and jumping straight into the air, like doing a pin drop.
When you land, precede to squat down, and then place your legs behind you like you’re about to do a push up. Then pull your legs up back to the squat and jump up straight in the air again.
This is done really quickly, so you’re jumping then planking then jumping then planking.
So do this 10 times without stopping then break for 30 seconds, and repeat 5 times.
Have fun with this, you’ll need a good humour to push through!
